Johanna's thoughts on mental training
High-performance mental training is systematic training, but above all, a fun and relaxed experience when you work with Zermatt. Development starts immediately, sometimes as if by itself. Often the person being coached has a huge amount of unconscious resources.
You can begin building mental strength at any time. The decision to start working together often stems from a challenge, new opportunity, recent win or loss, fear, mental block, uncomfortable experience, or even feelings of nervousness, excitement or anxiety.
Challenges quickly transform into valuable resources for self-development, and throughout the coaching process, the coachee uncovers an exciting journey of mental growth. Ultimately, they gain the confidence to tap into their potential and inner strength whenever they choose.
