How does mental training work in practice?
Are you interested in learning more about mental training? In addition to the junior athletes, the athlete's parents/guardians/coaches are also involved at the beginning of the coaching process.
- The duration of the training and the frequency of the sessions meetings will depend on your goals and will be agreed together.
- The meeting place can be our Helsinki office or another agreed location. We also offer remote training.
- Training meetings are always confidential.
