Together we will guide your team towards success and better team dynamics. In team training, we use methods and exercises that weld your team more cohesively and develop teamwork as if by nature. Only a strong and cohesive team will achieve peak performance goals.

Training for teams and groups takes into account the importance of each individual as a member of the team. Each individual must be confident in his or her abilities for the team to perform well together.

How does team training work in practice?

Usually, the contact is initiated by the team coach. Our coach Johanna Konttila will contact you and take stock of the team's current situation. We coach at a location of your choice or remotely. The number and rhythm of training sessions are agreed together and often training sessions are scheduled at important moments during the season, focusing on the time before the start of the season and the most important games or competitions.
